When can I expect my package?
Free Shipping is between 5-8 days and Standard is 3-4 days
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We can ship to PO Boxes with Standard shipping only.
My tracking details aren't working, Can you help?
Of course! Sometimes, the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update.
How can I edit my shipping address?

Returns and Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
- Please note all fake cakes are final sale, unless they are damaged in transit
- The return period starts from the date you receive the package.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
- Please email kaileeskreationscontact@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds:
- Once I receive the returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the item is in the same condition as when you received it and meets the return policy requirements, I will process your refund.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Slime
Why is my slime sticky?
Slime may arrive sticky due to shipping or environmental condition. In your package is a slime care card with instructions on how to reactivate the slime.
Why doesn't my slime fit back into the original container?
Certain slime textures may expand due to air bubbles. Over time, air bubbles will rise, returning slime to original size
Is slime safe for my child to play with?
My slime is non-toxic and absolutely safe for children to play with. Slime is not recommended for kids under the age of 4 slime is a choking hazard and may contain small parts.
My slimes arrived damaged, what do I do?
Email me as soon as the package arrives, along with a description and photo of the damaged items.
What ingredients are used in the slimes?
PVA glue, borax, food dye, and skin safe fragrance oils. I also will use instant snow for my cloud and icee slimes. Clay slimes are made with air dry clay. If you have any allergy questions or concerns please contact us before purchasing.
